Looks like we are headed toward being an "Auction" town. We tried it a few years ago, but the market was hot and it didn't go over so well. Now with buyers looking for a deal. . . or a steal of a deal, it just might work. Auctions on many homes taking place today.

Don't think I am ready for it to get cold yet. I still want to wear flip flops and have people come to my open houses without coats.
